Rode S1-B Microphone

The studio-quality sound on this thing is unreal for a live mic — it handles both my vocals and acoustic guitar without needing to swap anything. Mobility is a huge plus too, it’s lightweight and I’ve carried it between gigs all week without a case.

I was skeptical about using a condenser on stage, but the mobility is fantastic—no handling noise at all. The studio-quality audio really comes through in the midrange, making my vocals cut through the mix cleanly.

The clarity on the low end is impressive for a live mic—I can actually hear the nuances in my voice without any muddiness. It’s lightweight enough to hold for a full set without fatigue.
