Rode ユニバーサルブリンプマウント

Finally an adapter that lets me use one blimp on multiple mics without any fuss. The lightweight build makes boom pole work a breeze, and the quick-lock mechanism is rock solid during takes.

Swapping the blimp between my shotgun and a boom pole used to take forever, but this adaptor clicks in place with zero fuss. It’s light enough that I barely notice the added weight on long takes, and the fit is snug with no wobble. Exactly what I needed.

The thread on this mount matched my boom pole perfectly, no adapter ring needed. It's surprisingly light, so the whole blimp rig doesn't feel front-heavy anymore on long interview days.
