Rode ウインドスクリーン

I was skeptical at first, but the open-cell foam combined with the fur layer completely killed the wind rumble during my outdoor recording session. The rubber base keeps it snug on the mic even in a light breeze.

The fur layer does exactly what it promises—recorded a podcast outside with gusts up to 25 mph and the audio stayed clean. The foam underneath feels dense enough to actually absorb the rumble, not just deflect it.

Took this out on a windy ridge last weekend and the fur layer killed almost all the buffeting that used to ruin my outdoor takes. The open-cell foam underneath still lets the high end through, so voices don't sound muffled at all.
