Rode WS3 Windshield

The foam is dense enough to stop plosives without muffling the audio clarity, which was my main concern. I've been recording outdoors and the wind reduction is noticeably effective.

Took this out on a breezy rooftop interview and the wind rumble that usually ruins my takes was basically gone. The foam fits tightly over the mic capsule, and it even softened a few hard P sounds I hadn't noticed before.

The foam slides on snug and stays put even when I'm moving around the yard recording ambience. Wind rumble that used to wreck my takes is basically gone now, and it tames my plosives too.
