Rode MINIFUR-LAV Windshield

These fit snugly over my lapel mic and completely killed the wind noise during a breezy outdoor interview. The synthetic fur feels dense enough to block gusts without making the audio sound muffled. Having three in the pack is great since I can keep backups in my bag.

Three of these in the pack means I always have a backup when one inevitably gets lost in a camera bag. The fur is dense enough to kill the worst of the wind rumble without muffling the voice, and they slip on and off the lav in seconds.

I clip lav mics to my collar for street interviews and the wind used to ruin every take. These fur covers knock out the gusts completely, and getting three in a pack means I can leave one on each mic.
