Rode NTK Microphone

My vocals finally have that rich, airy top end I've been chasing, and the HF-2 capsule picks up subtle nuances I never noticed on my old mic.

The hand-selected 6922 valve makes a real difference—my vocals sound noticeably warmer and more present through it than through my old tube mic. The Australian-made HF-2 capsule picks up detail I never heard before, and it’s been flawless for tracking acoustic guitar too.

Installed this for vocals and the HF-2 capsule picks up every breath and nuance without any harshness. The hand-selected 6922 valve really warms up the midrange in a way my old solid-state mic just couldn't match.
