Rode MagClip GO

Magnet slipped right under my collar and held the transmitter firmly without any visible bulk. The wireless range has been solid during my outdoor shoots, and it stays put even when I move around a lot.

Sliding the magnet under a shirt and letting the transmitter snap right into place beats clipping it to a collar any day. Holds steady through a whole interview without shifting.

Didn't realize how much I'd use this until I stopped clipping the transmitter to my collar and started hiding it under a jacket instead. The magnet grips tight through a hoodie and the transmitter hasn't budged once during a whole day of shooting.
