Rode DS2 Microphone Stand

I was surprised how sturdy this little stand feels given its compact size—it holds my condenser mic without any wobble. The clamp fits perfectly on a 2-inch thick desk edge.

The swivel base makes angling it toward my mic or phone effortless, and it's sturdy enough that I don't worry about it sagging mid-recording. Took me under five minutes to set up on my desk, and it holds my gear without taking over the whole workspace.

Snapped my SM7B onto this and the spring tension holds the arm exactly where I set it, no drooping overnight. The clamp opens wide enough to grip my thick desk edge, though I did need two hands to tighten it down properly.
