Rode WS5 Windshield

Finally found a furry that actually fits my podcast mic without sliding off. The open-cell foam cuts down breath pops noticeably, and it cost me less than a fancy coffee.

Picked this up for outdoor recording and the foam does a much better job cutting wind rumble than the cheap mesh filters I tried before. It’s snug on the mic and hasn't budged once during use.

Finally, a mic cover that actually kills wind noise without muffling my voice during outdoor recordings. The fit is snug enough that I don't worry about it slipping off, even in a breeze.
