Rode 吊桿

I shoot documentaries in windy conditions, and the lightweight aluminium makes a real difference when holding it overhead for long takes. The balance is spot-on for precise microphone placement, way better than my old carbon fiber one.

The machining is flawless, and the balance makes long takes feel effortless. I can pivot quickly without any strain on my wrist.

Took this on a two-hour outdoor shoot and my arm wasn't screaming by the end, which says a lot since the aluminium keeps it surprisingly light. The locking collars hold tight even with a heavy shotgun mic mounted.
