I was struggling with blown-out horizons during sunrise shoots, but this filter handles that bright band perfectly — the reverse gradient darkens just the right area. It slots into my holder smoothly and the glass has no noticeable color cast.

The reverse gradient sits exactly where the sun hits the horizon, so I can expose the sky properly without crushing the foreground. The nano coating makes cleaning off salt spray effortless, and the 2 stops are plenty for golden hour.

I shoot a lot of seascapes where the horizon is blindingly bright, and this reverse grad lets me expose the foreground detail without crushing the sky. The nano coating really does cut down on glare, even when the sun is just peeking over the water.
