The fluid head on this monopod makes panning shots feel incredibly smooth, and it was a lifesaver for getting stable footage above a concert crowd. I was worried about the weight, but the aluminum build is sturdy yet easy to carry around all day.

Coming from a cheaper monopod, the difference in stability is night and day—especially with the fluid head locking in smooth pans. The four-section design collapses small enough for my backpack, yet extends high enough to shoot over a crowd.

I was shooting a parade and the extra height from the 4-section design let me get clean shots over the crowd. The fluid head tracks movement really smoothly, making pans feel natural. A solid upgrade for anyone doing event video work.
