Manfrotto MPMXPROA3 3 Section - XPro Monopod

The leg sections lock up with zero play, which gives me real confidence when I'm bracing a 600mm lens for a field goal kick. It's noticeably stiffer than my old carbon fiber monopod, even with the extra weight.

I've been using this with my 200-500mm for bird photography, and the twist locks feel rock solid even under heavy load. The foam grip is a nice touch for cold mornings in the field.

I was shooting a rugby match with my 150-600mm and this monopod handled the constant pivoting without any wobble. The twist locks are smooth and quick to adjust between shots. It's definitely solid enough for professional use.
