Manfrotto 128RC Micro Fluid Video Head

The quick release plate is incredibly handy for switching between setups on the fly, and the pan and tilt movements are noticeably smoother than my old head.

I wasn't sure how much difference a fluid head would make, but the pan movements on this one are buttery smooth compared to my old stiff head. The quick release plate makes swapping between shots on set much faster.

The fluid drag on both pan and tilt is incredibly smooth, making my video pans look professional instead of jerky. The flat base also clicked right onto my existing tripod without any adapters.
