Canon RF 100-400mm f/5.6-8 IS USM 鏡頭

Shot a whole soccer match hand-held without my arm getting tired—the weight savings here are real. The autofocus locks onto players instantly, even at 400mm.

Took this on a hike to photograph distant birds and was shocked at how light it felt even at full extension. The image stabilization let me get sharp handheld shots at 400mm without a tripod.

Finally got to shoot a high school football game from the stands and the image stabilization made handheld shots at 400mm surprisingly crisp, even as the light started to fade. The weight is what really sold me—I could run around the sidelines all evening without my arm getting tired.
