The NiSi 6.6x6.6" Nano IRND Soft-Edge Graduated 0.6 Filter is a 2-stop graduated neutral density filter designed to reduce brightness in specific portions of an image—most commonly the sky—while maintaining balanced exposure in the rest of the frame.

Unlike the human eye, digital cameras struggle to retain detail across extreme highlights and shadows. This filter helps bridge that gap by gradually reducing light in overexposed areas without introducing harsh transitions. The soft-edge gradation makes it ideal for scenes with uneven horizons, such as mountainous landscapes or forested areas.
