Category: Lens Filter

Specifically engineered for night photography and astrophotography, the NiSi 77mm Natural Night Filter effectively blocks the most common wavelengths of light pollution, such as those emitted by mercury vapor, sodium lamps, and low CRI streetlights. These unwanted glows often distort the clarity and color accuracy of night scenes. With this filter, you’ll experience richer contrast, enhanced colors, and greater detail when shooting cityscapes, starscapes, and long exposures after dark.

Made from premium, precision-annealed optical glass, this filter ensures outstanding image sharpness—perfect for today’s ultra-high-resolution sensors. The double-sided, multi-layer nano coating provides waterproof, oil-resistant, and anti-reflective performance, helping you capture ultra-clear images in any condition.

Customer Reviews (4.6 / 5 · 5 reviews)

Steven ★★★★★

Shooting under streetlights used to leave everything with that ugly orange cast, but this filter strips it right out while keeping the stars crisp. The glass itself feels solid and threaded onto my lens without any fuss, and the difference in my city shots is honestly night and day.

Ella ★★★★★

Was tired of that orange glow ruining my Milky Way shots, but this filter cuts the sodium light so cleanly I barely had to touch the white balance in post. The build quality feels solid too—threaded onto my lens without any wobble.

Penelope Z. ★★★★★

I shoot under streetlights and sodium lamps all the time, so the way this filter cuts those orange wavelengths without leaving a weird color cast is a game changer for my Milky Way shots. The 77mm thread fit my lens perfectly and the glass feels solid in the field.
