Used this on a bright beach shoot and the silver side definitely popped some shadow detail on my subject’s face without washing things out. Folds up small enough to toss in my bag, and the 12” size was just right for close-up work. Setup took barely a minute, though it does catch wind if you’re not

I was skeptical about needing a reflector for outdoor portraits, but this one really works. It sets up in seconds and the metallic surface gives a nice, warm fill light without being harsh. Definitely glad I grabbed it for my weekend shoots.

The 12-inch size is perfect for bouncing just enough fill light into a portrait without feeling bulky on location. Unfolding and holding it steady during a shoot took no effort at all.
