Canon Image PROGRAF PRO-1000 A2 Printer

Elevate your printing experience with the Canon Image PROGRAF PRO-1000 A2 Printer, a powerhouse designed to deliver large-format prints of unparalleled quality. At its core lies the remarkable FINE (Full-Photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering) technology, featuring a 50% larger print head compared to its predecessors. This, combined with the 11-colour LUCIA PRO pigment-based ink set and Chroma Optimizer, produces prints with exquisite detail and an expansive, precise color range.

Capable of handling media up to 17 inches wide, including thick 27.6 mil fine art media, the PRO-1000 offers the largest print size in the imagePROGRAF line. Its proficiency is further enhanced by the L-COA PRO Image Processing Engine, enabling swift and accurate determination of printing paths and patterns for optimal efficiency.

The printer's four monochrome inks excel in rendering deep blacks, perfect for grayscale prints, while minimizing bronzing effects, especially in dark or shadow areas. The Chroma Optimizer enhances color consistency on coated papers and ensures smooth ink layering, reducing metamerism.

Impressively, the PRO-1000 can print a bordered 17 x 22" photo in just 4 minutes and 10 seconds or a bordered 13 x 19" photo in only 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Its two-way vacuum feeder ensures media remains flat and stable while moving swiftly through the printer.

With FINE printing technology utilizing 1,536 nozzles for each color, the PRO-1000 produces stunningly detailed prints on a variety of fine-art papers, boasting deep blacks and precise, vibrant colors. Key features include rapid print speeds, borderless printing up to 17 inches wide, a maximum resolution of 2400 x 1200 dpi, and exceptional quality across the board.
