The metal plate is so precisely machined that it clicks into the camera body with zero wobble, and the added grip on the bottom makes vertical shots feel much more secure in my hand.

The fit on my X-H2S is absolutely perfect, with every cutout lining up exactly where it should. Having that built-in Arca-Swiss plate on the bottom makes sliding it onto my tripod head so much faster than messing with a separate release plate.

Finally, an L-bracket that doesn't block the battery door—the grip cutout is perfectly aligned. It locks onto the camera body with zero wobble, making vertical shots feel just as solid as horizontal ones.
