The medium transition is exactly what I needed for shots where mountains poke into a bright sky—no harsh line across the ridge, just a smooth darkening. I’ve shot maybe fifty frames with it and the color shift is negligible, which is saying a lot for a 3-stop grad.

I’ve been using this on seascapes and the medium transition really helps balance the bright sky without darkening the foreground too much. The glass seems to resist fingerprints well compared to my old resin grad, which is a nice bonus. Pleased with the improvement in my sunset shots.
