マンフロット XPro アルミ 一脚 56/180cm 耐荷重8kg 4段

I was a bit nervous about the weight limit, but it holds my hefty DSLR and 70-200mm lens no problem. The four sections lock down tight, and the whole thing folds up short enough to fit in my carry-on bag.

The twist-lock mechanisms are incredibly fast to set up, and the carbon fiber build keeps it light for long walks. I've had no wobble even with my heavy telephoto lens, so it's a solid choice for wildlife shoots.

I've been using this for hiking photography—the 8kg payload is solid even with my heavy telephoto setup, and the 4-section locks let me adjust height quickly on uneven ground.
