Canon ET138 Lens Hood

I was worried this lens hood might be bulky, but it fits perfectly and locks on tight. The deep design really does its job cutting out side light during long shoots.

Finally no more ghost flare ruining sunrise shots with this lens. The bayonet mount clicks on firmly and the hood depth is just right to block side light without vignetting. Exactly what I needed.

Perfect fit on my 500mm f/4.0L IS lens—snaps on securely and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Since using it, I’ve noticed far less flare in backlit bird shots.
