Finally got a chance to test this reverse grad on a sunrise shoot and the way it tames that bright horizon without washing out the sky is exactly what I needed. The optical glass keeps everything sharp, and I didn't see any weird color shift in the shadows.

I was skeptical about the "no colour cast" claim, but the optical glass really does keep the sky and rocks looking natural even with a 3-stop pull at sunset. The reverse gradient is perfect for when the sun sits right on the horizon, and the waterproof coating makes wiping off sea spray a breeze.

The reverse gradient really handles those bright sunsets perfectly, no color cast that I can see. My horizon shots finally have detail in both the sky and foreground without weird transitions.
