Autofocus is lightning fast and completely silent, which makes a huge difference for shooting events. Tack sharp even at f/2.8, and the zoom ring has just the right amount of resistance for smooth adjustments.

The autofocus is incredibly quick and silent during video recording—I’ve noticed a huge improvement over my older lens. Tack sharp even at f/2.8, and the zoom ring feels smooth and precise. Perfect for run-and-gun shooting without drawing attention.

I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight it feels for an f/2.8 zoom, making it easy to carry around all day. The focus ring turns smoothly with just the right amount of resistance, great for video work.
