Olympus LH-49B Silver Lens Hood

I was pleasantly surprised by how perfectly this hood clicks into place on the lens — no wobble at all. It’s lightweight but feels solid enough to take a bump, and it’s already saved me from a few stray light issues during outdoor shoots.

It’s rare that a plastic hood feels this sturdy, but the bayonet mount locks in with a reassuring click and zero wobble. I’ve left it on the 25mm lens for weeks now, and it’s already saved the front element from a couple of careless bumps.

The bayonet mount clicks on solid and snug, no wobble at all. I love that it cuts out side glare without adding much extra weight to the front of the lens.
