I was worried about handling multiple filters in the field, but this kit’s slim magnetic stack lets me switch from 5-stop VND to a 4-stop ND with the black mist 1/4 in seconds. The stepless adjustment is smooth and the image stays sharp even at the densest settings.

Swapping between the VND and the 4-stop ND is incredibly fast with the magnetic system, and the black mist effect adds a nice softness to highlights without washing out the image.

The magnetic lock is strong and secure, and I love that it gives me both a variable ND and a true 4-stop option in one kit. The black mist 1/4 adds just enough softening to skin tones without losing sharpness. I’ve already used it for a sunset by the lake, and the image quality is fantastic.
