Canon Stereo Microphone DM-E100

Plugged this into my mirrorless body and the sound immediately went from tinny to rich and full. The compact size means it doesn't block my viewfinder, which is a huge plus for run-and-gun shoots. Definitely solved my biggest audio headache for a reasonable price.

Picked this up for my vlogging kit and the audio clarity is noticeably better than the built-in mic. It plugs right into the camera's shoe mount without extra adapters, which saved me time on set.

It’s compact enough that I forget it’s even attached to my mirrorless body, yet the audio quality is a huge step up from the camera’s built-in mic. I love that it runs on a single AAA battery, so no charging to worry about during a long shoot.
