Canon EW88B Lens Hood

Took this hood on a sunny beach shoot and it cut out all the lens flare I used to struggle with. The matte interior does a great job absorbing reflections, and it clicks on just as snugly as I hoped. Definitely keeps my images cleaner in tricky lighting.

The bayonet mount clicks on securely with zero wobble, and I've already noticed fewer flare spots in my backlit shots. Gives me confidence to shoot directly into the sun without washing out my subjects. Exactly what I needed for outdoor portrait work.

Finally got this hood and it fits my lens perfectly—no wobble at all. The light-blocking is immediate; I’ve already noticed richer contrast in midday shots.
