Canon EW82 Lens Hood

I was shooting in harsh midday sun and this hood cut the lens flare almost completely—my sky shots finally have the contrast I was after. Build feels solid enough for daily use.

It clicks on so smoothly and stays put, which is exactly what I needed for cutting down glare on bright days. My shots look noticeably more controlled when shooting into the sun, and it doesn’t add much bulk to the bag.

I was skeptical about whether a lens hood could make that much difference, but this one cut the flare on my sunny outdoor shots almost completely. The bayonet mount clicks on securely and feels like it's part of the lens.
